Earl M. Salter, President

Pacific Financial Exchange Corp. is headed by Earl M. Salter, President, who is a member of the National Association of Accountants and the California Society of Enrolled Agents. As an “Enrolled Agent”, Mr. Salter represents taxpayers at IRS audits, including the Court of Appeals. His specialties in tax include “Offers in Compromise,” taxes for Realtors, and 1031 Exchanges. Mr. Salter attended Cerritos College and completed his undergraduate studies at Cal State University at Long Beach. Special recognitions include the Accredited Tax Advisor and the Accreditation Council in Accountancy.

Natalie Zarazua is the 1031 Exchange Coordinator. She has been working with Earl since 2007.
